Tricera is a brand that offers multiple interactivity solutions:

TriceraSport was born in 2022. The other concepts TriceraShow, TriceraClub and TriceraLive were imagined afterwards. In 2025, the TriceraShow concept (an interactive DJ battle) was selected as the winner of the Live Nation Entertainment – MIDEM x VivaTech Startup Challenge.
Tricera now brings together all these solutions under the same brand.

The website is accessible at https://tricera.fr. The associated applications are accessible at sport.tricera.fr, club.tricera.fr, show.tricera.fr (and, later, live.tricera.fr).

The “Tricera”, “TriceraSport”, “TriceraClub”, “TriceraShow” and “TriceraLive” trademarks, as well as the logos, texts, images, videos, graphics, interfaces and software on this site and in the applications, are the property of Tricera (or its licensors) and are protected by intellectual property law (INPI filing: 5298712). Any reproduction, performance, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The logos and trademarks of the partners and clients mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used with their permission.

The examples presented on the TriceraShow page (concert, improv theater, charity concert) are demonstrations viewable at show.tricera.fr; they are not client references.

Tricera strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without guaranteeing completeness; it is provided for guidance only and may change. The site contains links to third-party sites (social networks, partners) over which Tricera has no control and for whose content it cannot be held responsible.

The site is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

This section describes how Tricera processes the personal data of visitors to this site. Data processed in the applications is covered in the “Tricera applications” section below.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. No automated decision is made on the basis of your data.

Authorized members of the Tricera team and our technical service providers, within the limits of their assignment: OVH (hosting and email), Notion (internal request tracking) and our HubSpot CRM (creation of your contact record). For brochure download forms, HubSpot sends you the download link by email.

Some service providers (for example Notion, HubSpot) may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the “Data Privacy Framework”).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to set directives on what happens to it after your death. To exercise them, write to contact@tricera.fr (proof of identity may be requested in case of doubt); we respond within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).

The site is served over HTTPS; access to data is limited to authorized persons and protected by authentication.

This site is aimed at professionals. It is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect their data.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no embedded social network content. Trackers strictly necessary for its operation do not require your consent:

Only with your consent, the site uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic (page views, traffic sources) and improve it. This tool sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (13 months at most) and sends data to Google, which may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR; IP address anonymization is enabled and advertising tracking is disabled. Nothing is loaded until you click “Accept all”; you can change your mind at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Google Search Console, used to monitor the site's search visibility, does not set any cookie in your browser.

Only with your consent, the TriceraClub application also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its traffic and the effectiveness of our campaigns (visits, account and club creations). A banner is displayed on your first visit; nothing is loaded until you click "Accept all". This tool sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (13 months at most), receives no identifier of your account, anonymises IP addresses and is not used for advertising purposes; Google may process this data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage my cookies" link in the footer of the application. The application also stores, in your browser's local storage, tricera_consent_v1 (your choice, 6 months) and, if you have accepted, tricera_attribution_v1 (the origin of your visit, 30 days: see "Tricera applications"). No audience measurement is carried out when the application is displayed inside this site (club creation form, demonstration): only the site is then measured, according to your choice above.

Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to a third party to display them. The links to our Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn pages are simple links: no third-party cookie is set until you click; you are then subject to those platforms' policies.

Some pages embed the demonstration of our applications (show.tricera.fr, sport.tricera.fr, club.tricera.fr). These are Tricera applications, which may use local storage necessary for their operation (see “Tricera applications”).

This section applies to the TriceraSport, TriceraClub, TriceraShow and TriceraLive applications (the “Applications”).

All intellectual property rights in the Applications belong to Tricera and/or its licensors. Tricera grants the user a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the Application, for the purposes of the service. This license gives no right of access to the source code. It ends upon termination, expiry of the agreement or deletion of the account. Tricera may publish updates, which the user may have to install in order to continue using the Application.

Users may delete their account at any time from their profile in the Application, via the unsubscribe page or by simply emailing contact@tricera.fr.

Users may publish content (chat messages, media). It remains their property and their responsibility. Inappropriate content — erotic or pornographic, sexist, violent, vulgar, racist, hateful, terrorist, or related to vandalism or abusive behavior — is prohibited and penalized: suspension or deletion of the account, or even reporting to the competent authorities. Content is reviewed by a human moderator. Any user can report abuse from within the Application; Tricera undertakes to act within 24 hours of an abuse being identified and cannot be held responsible for content published by users.

On first use, the Application records the data needed for it to work: last name, first name, gender, profile photo, email address. The photo is used only to identify your profile. The user's prior consent to this collection is a condition of use: without consent, no data is collected and the Application cannot be used.

When you arrive on TriceraClub from a campaign link (an address containing, for example, utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign: newsletter, social network, partner…) or from another site, the application notes this origin (campaign or site name, landing page, date). It records it with your account, or with your club's page, when it is created, in order to know which communication actions bring in new users. This information is visible only to Tricera; it is kept with the account (see "Retention period") and deleted with it. It is kept in your browser for 30 days only if you have accepted the audience measurement cookies, and is not recorded if you have refused them. Legal basis: your consent when the banner is displayed; Tricera's legitimate interest (measuring the effectiveness of its communication) when the club creation form is displayed within a tricera.fr page, where no banner from the application appears. You may object at any time by writing to contact@tricera.fr.

Certain features of the Applications allow the event organizer, the club, the artist or the streamer — and, depending on the case, their partners and sponsors — to receive information about participants (participation, votes, contact details). This sharing takes place only with the user's consent; the user is informed of the identity of the recipient and may choose to remain anonymous where the Application allows it. The recipient then processes this data under its own responsibility. Publication of photos and/or identifiers via the Tricera applications is subject to the user's prior consent.
Data collected via the applications is used only by Tricera and its clients (clubs, leagues, federations, companies, advertisers, etc.).

In TriceraLive, voting may require the use of credits (1 vote = 1 credit) obtained by purchasing packs or by watching a sponsor's ad; the streamer receives a commission on the revenue generated. These terms (payment, refunds, payment provider) will be detailed at launch.

Account data is kept for 24 months from the last use of the Application, then deleted. Only strictly necessary data is collected.
Photos collected via the TriceraClub application are kept for 12 months, then deleted.

Users may modify or delete their data at any time from their profile (“Update” button) or by email to contact@tricera.fr, and have the other rights described in the privacy policy above.
