Unsubscribe from Tricera applications

Do you have an account on a Tricera application (TriceraSport, TriceraClub, TriceraShow or TriceraLive) and want to delete it? It's free and no reason is needed: indicate the application concerned in the form below.

The TriceraSport and TriceraClub applications also let you unsubscribe directly from within the application.

What happens when you request unsubscription

You confirm your request by email. To prevent fraudulent requests, we send a confirmation email to the address provided. Unsubscription is only started once you have clicked the confirmation link (valid for 48 hours).
Processed within 24 hours. Your request is processed within 24 business hours of its confirmation.
Your account is deleted, along with the data linked to it (profile, preferences, usage history). We only keep a record of your request (email and applications concerned), for as long as needed to process it and to be able to prove that it was processed.
Access is removed everywhere: Android app, iOS app and web version (for example, for TriceraSport, access will be removed on the Android app, the iOS app and the sport.tricera.fr web app).
Unsubscription is permanent. Your account cannot be restored as it was. If you sign up again later with the same email address, a new account, free of any previous information, will be created.
